My Home Devices

This page lists your accounts for your home devices. A member of your care team has given you these devices to monitor your health.

You control whether data from your devices shows in MyNM.

• To connect your device account to your MyNM account, click the Link Account button below the device name.
• To stop sharing your device data, click the Unlink Account button for that device.

Visit your device's web site or mobile app to view the data from each of these devices.

Note: Your care team will look at your device data history at your next office visit. They will not monitor data between appointments. Follow directions for your device to see real-time data.

If you have concerns about your data, contact your care team. If you have a life-threatening emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department.
